West View at Lilycombe farm is luxury self-contained accommodation for 1 to 4 people. In the Mendip Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and within easy reach of Bath, Bristol and Wells.
The apartment offers short stays with or without continental breakfast, for those who want comfort and independence.Its ground level entrance opens into a private dining area with a mini-kitchen. Stairs lead to two large double/twin bedrooms and private bathroom. Whether booking one or both bedrooms, guests have exclusive private use of the suite during their stay. It is set within peaceful private grounds with plenty of parking.
Bath is half an hour away and Wells is only 10 minutes. Both have good restaurants. There are wonderful walks and lots of interesting places to visit nearby. By train and taxi or bus, West View is 2 hours from London.

West View guests may arrive at any time after 5.00pm and are asked to leave by 11.00am on the day of departure.
Prices start at £60 per person per night for a minimum 2 night stay. The family price is £60 per person per night over the age of 12, £25 per person per night under the age of 12, with a maximum of 4 people. For example the cost for a family of 4 with 2 adults and 2 children under 12 would be £170 per night for a minumum of 2 nights with 1 hour exclusive use of the indoor swimming pool (bookable in advance). Room rate only (excluding breakfast etc) for 2 people £125, for 4 people £200. Under occupancy supplement £25 for 2 people.
